1. Getting The Serial Number:
This is quite easy but can be difficult if you’re not sure what you’re doing. I like going to small YouTube reviews and getting the serials. You can use any method such as eBay or Craigslist.
2. Contacting Logitech:
The best method for contacting them is live chat. Emailing them is extremely counterintuitive and calling them has never really worked for me.
3. Talking To The Rep:
I’m a huge advocate of perfecting the character you perform as. While Logitech is not a hard company by any means, this still is a great thing to practice. When talking to the rep make sure to stay persistent. They’ll ask you to do different troubleshooting methods. Keep saying that the product won’t work. After awhile they’ll determine that the product is defective or has an internal product they can’t troubleshoot. Oscar Plz
